Virtual Workshop on Recent International Research Travel [ACAH]
Sponsored by the Association for Chinese Art History (ACAH). Many of us are contemplating a return to research travel after the restrictions of the early pandemic. Three art-historical colleagues who have recently returned from research trips in China, Japan, and Taiwan will share their experiences, challenges, and advice in this roundtable discussion, moderated by ACAH board member Kate Lingley of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The speakers are Mariachiara Gasparini (University of Oregon), Joy Lidu Yi (Florida International University), and Kris Imants Ercums (University of Kansas).
