The Association for Asian Studies (AAS) seeks energetic and enthusiastic volunteers to work at our 2023 Annual Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, March 16-18. Volunteers must be present on-site at the Boston Sheraton or Hynes Convention Center and will be compensated for their time with free conference registration.

This is a great opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to get acquainted with scholarly conferences, meet others interested in Asian Studies, and learn more about the AAS!

Volunteers are needed to work as: Room Monitors/Badge Checkers and Coat Check.

Have you already registered for AAS2023 but would still like to volunteer? In lieu of a refund, you will receive complimentary registration to AAS2024 in Seattle, Washington.
