The AAS has selected CadmiumCD as our virtual event platform. Returning exhibitors will recognize the CadmiumCD website and features from previous conference. Additional features have been added to support the AAS 2021 Virtual Conference.
Exhibitor Virtual Booth Portal
UPDATE 01/11/2021 – All Access Keys were emailed to exhibitors with confirmed reservations (including transferred 2020 booths) on Monday, January 11. The email was sent from email@example.com. Please make sure to check your spam folder if the email was not received in your in-box.
STEP 1: Log In
All confirmed exhibitors will receive access to the portal upon payment of the booth reservation. Access will include a username and access key. Note: All access keys are automatically generated and cannot be changed.
STEP 2: Complete Tasks
Upon log in all exhibitors will see a list of tasks to be completed based on the Exhibitor Package reserved and the features includes in each package.
Incomplete tasks will have a red circle with an x
Completed tasks will have a green circle with a check mark
All tasks indicate the due date for each task listed.
STEP 3: Preview Your Booth
The Booth Preview button is available for viewing your booth build along the way. You must complete a task to view the data in the preview however, you may make changes to any completed task.

Each booth package receives a different number of complimentary registrations. The breakdown is as follows:

Exhibitor Virtual Booth Portal FAQ’s
Q: How do I receive the Access Key to the virtual booth portal?
A: All key contacts for each organization will receive the access key via email. The key contact is the individual who purchased the booth and whose name appears on the order. If there is another individual who will handle the booth building, please contact the AAS. We will include the individual as an admin to the company account.
Q: What can we put in our virtual booth?
A: Depending on the booth package purchased, exhibitors and sponsors will upload assets as appropriate from the list below for the purpose of building their virtual booth:
- Exhibitor Name, Description, Website URL, and Social Media
- Exhibitor Booth Banner Image
- Exhibitor Logo Image
- Request Additional Information Feature
- Provide Representative/Contact Information

Q: What information is provided in the virtual booth analytics?
A: The following information can be pulled from your own personal portal at any time during the event and exported into Excel:
- Attendee impression tracking (name, title, organization, and e-mail) and details regarding asset views, booth views and information request.
- Request Information button data from attendees who contact the exhibitors and share their information and interests
- A Like button to see which attendees liked your booth
Q. Where do we submit the names of the individuals receiving the complimentary registrations included in the booth package?
A. The complimentary registrations may be assigned and submitted to the AAS via this form. The deadline to submit the names of assigned booth registrations is March 15, 2021.

The Conference E-Flyer allows exhibitors and advertisers the opportunity to send an electronic advertisement directly to the email inboxes of all registered conference attendees (approx. 3,000). This is a limited opportunity.
