A designated room will be provided for attendees seeking a secluded space free from the sounds and activity of the annual conference. Please silence your devices and refrain from talking on cell phones within this area. Room assignment and availability will post at a later date.
Nursing Mothers/Infant Changing Rooms
The Hawaii Convention Center offers a private, comfortable and clean space to pump or nurse. This ADA compliant Mamava lactation pod includes two benches, dual-outlet, and USB port, shelf, mirror, and secure access via the Mamava app or using an access code. Look for the nursing pod location at the Lobby Level near Exhibit 1.
The AAS will offer full-time, professionally managed and staffed onsite childcare services for the 2022 Annual Conference in Honolulu. Rate and details will post in January.
A variety of sessions and individual presentations will be available virtually for those unable to attend in person. Virtual registration rates are available here. The preliminary virtual program is now available for viewing. Closed Captioning is available for all online sessions and presentations.
Virtual Session Access from Onsite
Rooms have also been set aside for in-person attendees to view virtual panels from Honolulu from their personal device or laptop. These rooms will feature 6′ tables with chairs and an electricity drop. Meeting spaces will have general conference Wi-Fi access. We recommend bringing your device/laptop, power cord, and headphones/headset.
Room assignments will post at a later date.
Additionally, all conference hotels offer guest room wifi.
If you need additional support to facilitate your full participation in the conference, please write to our Director of Conferences and Event and we will work to accommodate you.
